Davin was very personable and easy to talk to. We had some difficulty with another realtor we were originally using and a contractor and he helped by communicating with them on our behalf to get issues resolved and became our agent. He didn't make us make any unnecessary changes to the house and was able to get our house listed when we wanted. Davin made this the easiest process and sold our house on the first weekend.
