The front yard is a treat for Nature Lovers, with a birdbath and feeders by the trees attracting many different birds, and a perennial Native Garden next to the driveway. In early Spring the first green of the flowers appear. They might appear to resemble weeds, but wait! Soon, you will have colorful flowers which are beautiful to behold and which attract butterflies and bees and hummingbirds. This garden changes throughout the Spring into Summer and into Autumn. Different flowers will go, and new ones will take their place. In Midsummer, the sunflowers attract birds, especially American Goldfinches!
The garden is low-maintenance, requiring only early morning watering when it's very hot. When the garden is spent, it needs only to be cut down.
At night, enjoy the hoots of the owls!
